If you don’t like the game you are playing, it’s time to change the game.

In this episode I look inward and reflect on my life and my journey and how I belittle how much I have done in life because I compare to others and always want more.  If you don’t like what direction your life is going, then it is time to make some changes to it to do what you love.  Let’s do it together.

In this episode we discuss the importance of taking inventory of what you ACTUALLY are in control of in your life going toward your goals.  Then when you take inventory of them, use them to build toward your goals and let all the other noise that gets in the way slide right past.

Don’t lose sight of who you are as you head toward success

I was asked a question the other day … why when people gain a large following on social media do they change?  Why do people change when they lose weight?  I discuss it here and I hope you enjoy it!

What does the word Proud mean? Why do people not use it enough?

In this episode we discuss the importance of being proud of who you are, your heritage, your journey and the ability to use that in the future for successes when you are going to need it most.  Be proud of yourself and stop.  Don’t belittle the pride with a “Yeah, but” park there for a moment and be proud of the rockstar that you are.

A letter from a Navy corpsman about mental health and life,

In this episode I was sent a letter from a friend of mine that I met on the app, TikTok name Ty Watson (username on TikTok is @the_doc_ )  who is a military veteran and served his country and was forced to leave the military due to regular turnover.  He discussed with us, his thoughts, his feelings in a letter and showed what many are afraid to show, vulnerability.

Thank you Ty for sharing this story and really digging into some important discussion points we should be having with anyone about mental health and depression.  It meant the world to me.

The National suicide prevention lifeline is 1-800-273-8255 open 24 hours a day.
