In this episode we discuss the importance of getting to the root cause of our bad habits and fixing those issues before they rear their ugly head again in the future. Instead of “faking it ’til you make it” lets start to “Face it ’til you make it”
In this episode we talked about some pretty meaty topics like breaking down the mountain sized goals into smaller and bite sized goals and also embracing your flaws as who you are and accepting that imperfections are perfect.

Hey everyone … ok it’s Wednesday and it is going to be a great day. I have my health, I have my mind and I have my huge freaking cuppa dark roast with a splash of silk almond milk creamer and all is right!
Last night i was watching some reality television (which I never do) but came across this singing show and one of the lyrics that they were discussing was all about the word impossible.
I got up this morning and was inspired because I feel that, although cliche, impossible consists of two separate words … I’m and Possible.
Why do we look at goals as if they are unattainable at times? Is it because we don’t want to get hurt when we don’t achieve them?
Why are we wired that once we start to head toward greatness, we self sabotage and doubt ourselves? Were we taught this as a child?
Why can’t we dream BIG and the go for the BIG dreams? There is nothing wrong with it especially if you are a capable and wiling human being … there truly are no excuses.
We sell ourselves short, we doubt our true potential, we are our own worst critic, we think being proud is being cocky, we … well I could go on all day but here is the deal.
Stop thinking your dreams are impossible and start believing that I’m possible and can achieve whatever the hell you want to.
Will shit happen in life? Yes. Will it be easy going for your goals? No. Are you worth the trouble to start believing that you are worth the investment and something you think is impossible is possible? 100%
Go attack your dreams and your goals today folks … I know i will be!
Make it a fantastic day
Much Love, Shano

After watching a TedTalk by Angela Lee Duckworth about Grit being the major contributing factor in success, it inspired me to relate it to our journeys.
