“You never know how strong you are until being strong is your only choice” – Bob Marley

Good morning my friends out there in the land of mouse clicks and screens.  I am here with my cup of maxwell house dark roast with a hint of sweet italian sugar-free creamer as the sun is rising after a long night of storms here in New England.  I am ready to go.

I want you to take a look at the quote I placed here and I want you to think of this pretty closely today.

How many times when the stuff hits the fan do we find that inner strength to step up to the plate and do whatever is necessary to make it happen or lend a hand or help another person without even batting an eyelash?  How many times when everyone is in panic mode, you have stepped up with a sense of calm and helped the situation or at least comforted others to help them when they felt hopeless?  How many times have we grieved for loss and stepped up for others to help them in their time of need when we might not have felt like doing it?

These are all scenarios that are usually caused by some sort of drama or tumultuous situation and cause people to show their strength when it seems that is all that they can do.  Here is the tough part, then why don’t you show the same strength and passion and “jump right in” attitude when it comes to your life?  Why do we make excuses for not being excellent because of the circumstances and what was happening around us?  Why do we use mediocrity as a norm when it comes to health and lifestyle changes but we can step up when others need us?

You can see where I am going with this one.  Do not sell yourself short when it comes to strength and the amount that you have inside of you.  It comes out at times, and you need to tap into those times and BELIEVE in yourself that you can use it to make sure that you are saving your life from …. YOURSELF.

Have a great day everyone … It is Wednesday and it is time to jump in … ALL IN!!
